Refund Policy
Meditechnica Healthcare Pvt Ltd wants you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how refunds are handled for equipment and accessories supplied through us.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with photos or a description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Consumables and single-use accessories (ear tips, electrodes, prep materials) that have been opened or used, and equipment that has been calibrated or installed on site, are not eligible for refund unless found defective on arrival.
Process
Once a refund request is approved, we will arrange return pickup or replacement, and process any applicable refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
